Corn Starch

Starch powder for dough and deserts

Fine cornflour is ground from the starch core of selected maize types. Cakes and pastries become lighter, if 1/3 of the flour weight is replaced by starch powder.

Soups, deserts and crèmes are thickened smoothly by adding this starch. The use of fine cornflour for the thickening of gravy results in a creamy sauce. Always mix cold, add to the hot dish and boil briefly.

Müller's Mühle Fine Cornflour can be purchased lose in a 400g carton box.
