Real Italian Arborio rice

This Mediterranean rice speciality is a classic risotto rice - soft husk, firm core. Particularly due to its „al dente“ properties, it is excellently suited to all risottos, paellas and other Mediterranean dishes.

The cooking time of risotto rice is 20 minutes.
