Pearl Peas

The shelled peas are derived from the green and yellow peas as raw products.

The Müller's Mühle product range comprises halved and whole green and yellow shelled peas.

Shelled peas do not need to be soaked, as the outer hard skin was already removed during the peeling process. The cooking time is approx. 60 - 90 minutes.

Shelled peas are used for particularly creamy soups or pease pudding.
