Pardina Lentils

The Pardina lentil has a grey-brown skin and a yellow core. Its diameter is between 4 and 5 mm. It is characterised by its very aromatic taste, the excellent cooking properties and its versatility.

Pardina lentils do not need to be soaked. The cooking time is 30 minutes.

Pardina lentils are suited to soups, stews, salads and starters.
